Rules and Regulations

Please read and accept the rules and regulations before submitting the form.

• Rule 1: All exhibitors must complete the lot/ space setup starting on 12pm before the events started.
• Rule 2: Only 2 units of bunting (with stand) are allowed for each lot/space.
• Rule 3: All fixtures or exhibitors belongings must remain inside the lot/space designed.
• Rule 4: Please do not contact the mall management directly. Exhibitor should consult Pahang Agrofest Enterprise
  for any inquiry, complaints and supports.
• Rule 5: Exhibitors must ensure the cleaniness of their own lot/space area at all time.
• Rule 6: Exhibitors must not leave their lot/space unattended.
• Rule 7: Meals are prohibited at the lot/space.
• Rule 8: All exhibitors must take sure their own products/ services are legitimate and /or without fraud.
  The event organizer reserves the rights to refuse or restrict your participation without prior notice.
• The event organizer will not responsible for any damage or lost of exhibitor’s belongings
• Exhibitors must on duty before 8.45am and start event on 9am to 6pm on time.
• All setup can start on 2 August 9am to 6pm.
